I am reporting this real estate agent: janice costella because she made us waste our time and drive 1hr15 minutes in total to the rental showing just to be racist and where never even going to consider our application for the rental . I kept bugging her for her to send the rental application but she didn’t want to . I have screenshots of our conversation . I would not recommend this place at all and I will be reporting you to the ri realtor association.

Another agency employing heartless, classless, landlords. To threaten a family with an eviction after they had to evacuate the place in the middle of the night with a child, cause of a carbon monoxide emergency, due to their negligence, is next level ignorance. Nobody cares anymore. All about how much money they can squeeze out of everything. All the money in the world can't buy class.
Don't trust Chris Hansen she's a liar she'll tell you she's returning your security deposit then ignores you when it's time to return the money. It's unfortunate I have to resort to this and taking her to small claims. Next I'll be filing a complaint with rhode island realtor association.
My wife and I just closed on our house today. We honestly could not have done it without Tim and Patrick Silvia from RI Real Estate Services. It was a process that began a little over a year ago. My wife and I were very strict about the type of house we wanted and we didn't mind waiting as long as it took until we found the one we liked.
