I have a 25 year-old Pool and I asked RI Pools to resurface it and also fix a bunch of other things like electrical and the main bottom drain wasn't working. The pool was resurfaced with an application of diamond Brite, which is the best surface application. The total job was not cheap: it was $70,000. I used RI Pools to install a pool in my previous home in Wesport and they did a great job. So I used them again after I moved to Greenwich. Unfortunately this time after installing my pool they have left me high and dry with no c/o. This is 1.5 years after installation I'm still without a c/o and therefore cannot sell my home or do further outdoor renovations.
Pool was fine for a year or two. Cracks appeared everywhere and they refused to fix them, even after acknowledging it was covered by warranty. So angry. Had to hire a new pool company to redo the pool.
