I did not have a good experience at all with the embroidery work done here. I was quoted a 2 day maximum lead time and when I went to check on my jacket a week later with no return phone call, my jacket had not been started and my order/contact info had been lost. I gave her my name and number again along with the correct spelling of the embroidery which I watched her write down correctly. I offered to show her the size and font of the lettering I wanted again like I did the week before and she brushed me off saying she knew... read more

Absolutely fantastic service! Owner is great, quality is outstanding, prices are more than fair. We have had RD do ALL of our company hats, jackets, shirts and more for several years and have always had stellar service here. Even with some crazy requests- Joni always makes it happen. A+++ business.
