I stopped in to purchase a bouquet for my grandma while picking up a meal from the Thai spot next door. However, upon entering I greeted the owner and she barely would look at or interact with me. Dismissive attitude is not the vibe for me when I’m trying to bring happy flowers to my ill grandma, I’m not bringing your negative energy flowers with me. Wanted to support a smaller florist, but will go elsewhere for a bouquet.

I received a birthday bouquet from my sister in law and unfortunately it's probably the worst bouquet I have ever received. The flowers showed up literally already browning. The carnations were limp with brown edges and the roses were paper and crinkly. It also did not come in the advertised pitcher but a small glass container. I sent a picture of the flowers to the person who got me the flowers to say thank you and they quickly let me know that these were not what she had ordered nor expected. I agree with her assessment.
