I was trying to locate a florist in Eugene to send a balloon bouquet to my best friend, who recently relocated to that area. I called and was curtly imformed that they do not do balloon bouquets. When I tried to ask for assistance in locating another option, I was cut off and informed that I would have to come into the store for more assistance. With that attitude I wouldn't be inclined to ever enter their store should I find myself in the area.
