I experienced phenomenal customer service. I would highly recommend you visit this jewelry showroom. You can buy new beautiful jewelry or have your own jewelry improved or repaired. My white gold ring needed to be sized down, cleaned, and a new coating of rhodium; my diamonds look like absolutely gorgeous and my ring looks brand new.
Where do I begin - bought a bangle and gold hoops from this place on 10/19 went out of town and day 1. I noticed the clasp was warped and it was constantly sliding open and I would have to keep closing it. I watched it to prevent snags on my clothing as I was out of town for a series of formal events . Today 10/30 I returned to the store to ask that the bangle and earrings be repaired. It was great. I walked in and was immediately waited on. The lady took my ring back to be repaired. While I waited, another lady asked if I had been waited on. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

My fiancé and I went to a high end jewelry store in Wilmington and received ATROCIOUS service. Rhudy’s was recommended to us and Rhudy’s did not disappoint. Maria was EXTREMELY helpful and her and the jeweler went way above and beyond anything we expected. We combined our mothers’ rings and Rhudy’s provided service like we’ve never received before. We will use Rhudy’s for all our jewelry needs for the rest of our lives. I recommend them to everyone.
