I don't know nothing about them
They came very highly recommended, but I can't rate their service since they do not return phone calls. I've left two messages in two weeks and was told that they'd "give the owner the message when he calls in" but I have heard nothing. Not sure if it's poor internal communication or just a lack of desire for the job.
I was caught by surprise with a frozen outdoor faucet during the cold weather spell this past week. The RHT office assistant, Gloria Mango, seemed to be one of the only plumbing company staff taking calls on the day after Christmas this year. The RHT plumbing team came promptly to my house on Tuesday, December 27th and worked several hours to install the new faucet and install some new pipe segments where they had rusted out in the wall space behind a bathroom.
