I manage a business and needed a professional plumber. After making a few calls, I came across Richard at RHS. Richard was extremely helpful and informative but more importantly, he was honest. I hired him to perform a standard service and he delivered. Furthermore, I have requested him to perform other repairs & services within the premises. I highly recommend RHS, ask for Richard.
Been my go-to for almost a decade. Richard has come out for every issue and he always explains what's happening and even teaches me how to troubleshoot and solve some of the issues on my own. If I've ever been in an emergency situation, he's quick to respond and his prices are always reasonable - especially given that I've never had to call him out to do the same job twice. When it was time to inspect my new home, there was no doubt who I'd be calling.
Richard did a great job with our repairs, he was efficient, clean, and reasonably priced. So glad we found him.
