Ordered a rack system for my pace edwards explorer rails. They sent me half of it then refused to answer my emails for 3 weeks then randomly after calling them 9 or 10 times and leaving messages and emails the bar just shows up. Well it doesn't have the right pieces so I can't install it. So I have to garage and have the pieces made so I can put the bars and basket on my Truck. In the meantime the switch their entire business model so there's that too.

I installed the ladder rack and tonneau cover for my Ram Longhorn about 8 months ago and am pleased with the quality and durability of both products. Ordering, pricing, customer service, and shipping time were all good. Items were well packaged and arrived undamaged and with all the parts and pieces needed to install. Overall a very good experience and would do business with them again.
I talked to a very pleasant saleswoman that was very knowledgeable I receive my tonneau cover within 24 hours after ordering it. Very well made and looks really nice on the truck.
Purchased the tonneau cover and rack package. Everything fits nice.
