While out of town, I picked up and brought home my grandmother's ashes that had not been placed in an urn after several years after her death. I called Cynthia at Rhoton Funeral Home in order to see if they could help me. One call, and a trip to their excellent facility and I now have my grandmother's ashes distributed into 3 small keepsake urns so that each of her only 3 grandsons can properly keep a piece of her with them. Ironically, Rhoton did this for me on my late father's birthday. Thank you Cynthia!
She made sure we understood every little detail. Was not pushy.
The arrangements that my Daddy had pre-made were completely honored and I never felt like I was being sold something. Everyone was so respectful and prompt with responses as well.
Worked directly with Alexia and she was extremely professional, a prompt responder, and supportive throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Rhoton and especially Alexia more enough. I felt so comfortable and at peace having my dad’s funeral service and reception here.
