Wow! What can I say about Ms. Hall? At the beginning, she was a rock star. Promises everything you want to hear. She was a hard charger. However, when things started get difficult, she completely stopped communicating. She spoke poorly of me to the seller behind my back. All parties involved complained to my wife and I on how rude and unprofessional she was. This was the 5th home we had bought or sold and by far, Ms. Hall was the absolute worse realtor we had ever dealt with. BEWARE!
I don't know Rhonda. I've never met Rhonda. Rhonda emails me frequently because I made the mistake of giving the HOA my email address. Rhonda uses her position/access to send unsolicited advertisements to people that have never, and will never, associate with her. When choosing your realtor, I hope this lets you know what kind of person Rhonda is.
I was apprehensive about listing my home until I met Rhonda Hall! She has her pulse on the market and prepped me on the process of selling my home. I was really ready for a long process of having my home on the market, but she had multiple offers for me within just a few days. The real challenge for me was to determine the right offer to accept, and Rhonda's experience really paid off in assisting me on the pros and potential "hiccups" with certain financing.
