Primary doctor can’t see until October was experiencing a new issue wouldn’t move around people for a follow up wanted me to see a different provider that I have never met and doesn’t know my history and wouldn’t see me. Very disappointed and needs to keep a block for short notice phone calls or work on Friday so there’s more openings

Was in dire straits with getting a prescription requiring an override. A medication in which I need around the clock for pain, as I had 3 back surgeries less than a year ago. She was filling in for my primary and because of this, she refused to assist me. Now, I am forced to suffer for 2 days as it's the weekend...all because she was unwilling to make a simple phone call to my insurance. My primary authorized the prescription and all the insurance needed was the Doctors verbal consent to approve it. I have dealt with her one... read more
