Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

we saw Dr. Lappen for our 13 yr old daughter as a follow up for a vasovagal responses. Dr. Lappen was thorough; developed an immediate rapport with my daughter; and made my daughter more aware of her issues without scaring her. She was awesome and we highly recommend her.

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison!

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was this cardiologist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
