First of all, I went in for testing but never got a call for my results. When I call I am dismissed. I finally get through to someone weeks later and they tell me there was something on my labs that I need to come in to talk about. When I ask them why I didn’t get a call to let me know all I got was attitude and unprofessionalism. This is one of my worst experiences ever, the very …. This is insane. They only have one doctor, there’s no point in scheduling an appointment, you’ll still sit and wait for three hours just to see the doctor. They’re inconsiderate of your time and they over schedule appointments.
