Called today because I needed to see when my mother's appointment was. It was a total of 35 minutes and still no answer, I had to hang up, I realize it's Monday and they're busy but 35 minutes is way to long.

My 93 year old mother saw Dr Quick in clinic. Her patient/doctor communication is excellent. Her attentiveness to my mother’s age was exemplary. She was thorough and supportive. Suggested an herbal supplement which has resolved the condition. I can’t offer enough praise to this doctor. She is truly a caring healer!

My appointment as a new patient was made a couple months ago. Two days before the appointment, I was notified that the doctor was no longer going to be in that day. The next available appointment is in December... It's September right now...

I waited for this office to contact me for several days. My appointment was booked out 2.5 more months. I had my baby the day of my appointment and had to wait another 2 months for the next appointment. This GPS took me to the wrong location (15 min away) to the northwest surgical center. By the time I finally got to the right location (by the way I just moved here from Utah and I do not know the streets) they wanted to reschedule because I was 10 min late.
