Rhonda was a real joy to work with during a very stressful house search. She was incredibly empathic, a good listener who really heard my needs, my financial constraints, my values in neighborhood and community, She made the closing very east by being there every step of the way, always available to negotiate with the concerns I had with the listing agent and resolve the differences, I would recommend Rhonda was one of the top 10 realtors in the Valley!
Rhonda was so smart, genuine, & just fantastic throughout our process of buying our first home! Everything we were hoping to find in a realtor to work with. Rhonda was amazing. She's very knowledgeable about the area and knowing what certain renovations/upgrades might cost to keep it realistic. I'm sure I drove her crazy looking at dozens of houses trying to figure out what I wanted and what was non-negotiable for my new home! Rhonda never lost her patience (at least in front of me) and was as committed to finding my new home as I was. We got there together!
I can’t say enough about Rhonda. We were out of state owners and Rhonda took care of everything for us. She is very professional and detail oriented. Her ethics are beyond reproach. I recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home in the Amherst area.
