I could not have dreamed of a better agent than Rhonda to help me sell my house. Rhonda was amazing. She's very knowledgeable about the area and knowing what certain renovations/upgrades might cost to keep it realistic. I'm sure I drove her crazy looking at dozens of houses trying to figure out what I wanted and what was non-negotiable for my new home! Rhonda never lost her patience (at least in front of me) and was as committed to finding my new home as I was. We got there together!
I can’t say enough about Rhonda. We were out of state owners and Rhonda took care of everything for us. She is very professional and detail oriented. Her ethics are beyond reproach. I recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home in the Amherst area.
