If I could give a zero star I would. The most unprofessional Dr./Practice ever. My insurance changed last year and I have to change my OB. I found her to have a good reviews on Wellstar so I made an appointment back in mid of 2024 to get appt on March 2025 just to get move to May and then move to July with no explanation. I was somewhat confused but okay with it but then just to have a phone call today that this particular Dr. is not accepting new patient!!! What are waiting for??? For half a year to tell me this? This group should not be in practice!! I have been cancelled on 4 times both both Dr. Latiff and her partner. One of the cancellations occurred as I was checking in for my appointment. I am in the medical field and have to reschedule pts for these appts. It's the WORST customer service I have ever received from an MD in my entire life. The front office people are wonderful and so apologetic but at this point I will never refer anyone to this practice nor will I chose to be treated by them!
I saw Dr. Latif for the first time and last time at 42 years old. I was experiencing what I now know were text book perimenopausal symptoms. She completely dismissed me. She suggested some birth control and anti depressants. The word perimenopause was never even brought up. I also tried to speak to her about some mri results I had. She became perturbed and said this was a yearly check up and I would need to schedule another appointment to discuss anything further. I left her office feeling worse than when I went in. I can’t speak for everyone else’s experience but every time I have visited with Dr.Latif she has been friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable! The nurses always go over and beyond to find the answer to your question. The office is very accommodating and makes you feel very comfortable. I trust Dr.Latif and her team as my gynecologist. Thank you!
Dr. Latif disregarded my concerns entirely. In addition, the physicians notes were completely fabricated. I went for a specific issue and she noted I presented with no issues. I saw her for years and always had a great experience. After this visit, which was a complete waste of time, I will not be returning
