They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!
