She was late for my mediation. Took my money and didn’t finish my divorce. Was not in favor of fighting for what was owed to me during my divorce. Very unprofessional and lazy, kept my $2500 retainer and did absolutely nothing for me. I hired another lawyer who completed my divorce. She’s horrible! Do not hire her.
Ms. Kunkle was absolutely useless. We paid a retainer, went back and forth over misspellings in the petition, then she never filed it. It’s been 6 months and ive just found out nothing was ever done. this is a legitimization case. We’ve lost months with our grandson due to her failure to do her job. I’ve requested refund, and am filing a complaint with the ethics board. Totally unacceptable.
Don't use this attorney she is lazy and will not be your advocate. Although I had a lot of information she did nothing and I ended up with a terrible settlement she did very little on my case except to send me the emails that my ex husbands attorney provided. I never received copies of my temporary orders or final divorce decree. She continued to ask for more money but she would rarely answer phone calls or return emails. She took my payment immediately then drug her feet emery step of the way....I hired a new attorney after she was more concerned about police camera footage of another case during my mediation. New lawyer requested documents and she sent over I complete stuff to her as well. Worst $4200 you could ever My girlfriend is having same issues....stay away!!
