Completely inaccessible care. No office management staff to answer phone. No follow up. Make an appointment you can wait for hours in the waiting room. Problem is you cant get anyone on the phone to even make an appointment......and the website down for non payment. Sick and tired of all this.

Staff was very nice... Check in was prompt and speedy. Has a comfortable atmosphere and waiting area.

This is the most difficult review for me to write, but I will need to be honest, and hopefully this will entice the practice to hire a Manager of someone that can steer them in the right direction. This CLINIC only cares about money and making appointments, "CASH" ---"if you got the dollar, holler" There appointment switch board never miss a call, but *you* call about LAB RESULTS, and you will be directed to their appointment switchboard (if normal or abnormal ) OR VOICE MAIL.

The experience is absolutely ridiculous. You have to be lucky to get someone on the phone for appts. If you do get lucky expect your wait time to be 2hr are more. The office is more like a harris health care clinic. Will never go back again.

First of all the wait time is totally not right. Let me say it again it is totally not right. I had to wait over 2hrs after arriving before my appointed time. If you call them after 3pm you will not get a person to answer the phone....That is crazy. They are short on staff which indicates that someone has dropped the ball on customer service. I have read this in other reviews as well. Going to have to go some where else. You have to staff your business to accommodate your business for your custo

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this doctor and office. When I am finally able to get an appointment, (they do not answer their phones) it is because I had to walk in to talk to someone. They NEVER answer refill calls from the pharmacy. I once again had to walk in to get it done and they said they would send it in and two weeks later I still don't have it. I am going to go to another doctor.
