Where do I start?? I will sum this up with this, I've been on both side of this equation as a Landlord and now as a tenant, but this company Rhome VA Property Management and Mr. Peter Ayala are the worst property management company and property manager that I have ever had to deal with. Zero communication, no customer service during the application process, kept in the dark the entire time. I had reach out via phone and emails and he/they would not respond. Worst rental management company I have ever had as a renter. Very hard to get in touch with. Service fees were increased which is a complete rip off since the customer service and repair service did not improve. Cannot get a hold of anyone over the weekend and halfway through the morning they've ignored several calls.
