Our experience as tenants has been wonderful. The house is comfortable, well-maintained, and located in a great neighborhood. The property has everything we need, and any concerns have always been handled promptly and professionally. We truly appreciate having such a clean, safe, and welcoming place to call home. My experience, as an owner, working with Rhome, TN has been a good one. When issues arose with the tenants, Rhome contacted me promptly and worked with me, and if necessary the HOA, on managing whatever issue was at hand. I had a truly terrible experience with this property management company, and unfortunately, what started as a great 4-year tenancy ended on an incredibly disappointing and frustrating note. We lived in the same house for four years, genuinely loved the home, and took extremely good care of it.
