Their customer services horrendous they charge my credit card without me actually signing a Contract to rent I'm in dispute with them right now and it took them days to even get back with me and when I asked for the refund of the money they charged they said they would just have to wait and see what they could do about it and I had not heard anything back from them I felt a dispute with my credit card company. I would not choose this place ever be very careful if you decide to go with them
Alexis is amazing and personal! She makes you feel as though you are family! Definitely recommend getting a storage though her!
