Super easy process to get a storage unit for old furniture, especial for the big U Haul truck we have coming in. They’ll be able to pull right up and unload our heavy furniture in our unit.
Clean and easy in/out with good security. Be careful though, they do not notify you to upload your home insurance documents renewals and if you do not, they automatically add you to their insurance company and start charging you. Again, with no notice. I asked them to refund the charges, but they refused. I asked for a manager to call me to discuss and crickets. Not a great customer experience.
Ans was great! She was friendly and we got everything processed!
