Great survey company, I had a very tree filled/ bushy property and the survey crew was very respectful and professional, not only that the office staff is great! I called to see when my survey would arrive, and they were very efficient and effective 10/10 great, would recommend thank you for everything.
As a requirement of the title company and mortgage company a survey was required which took place two weeks ago with the indication that the survey would be provided by end of week. When it wasn’t received calls and emails were sent requesting status. Responses were nothing more than PR accolades and still no positive responses. Only after appearing g at their office was a survey acquired. Control management/customer service.desperately needs improvement.
