As a requirement of the title company and mortgage company a survey was required which took place two weeks ago with the indication that the survey would be provided by end of week. When it wasn’t received calls and emails were sent requesting status. Responses were nothing more than PR accolades and still no positive responses. Only after appearing g at their office was a survey acquired. Control management/customer service.desperately needs improvement.

They don’t pay employees either. Go elsewhere to have surveys done.

Called to set up a survey, and they made you pay in advance. Called 2 days later and canceled. Was told I would be refunded that day. It's been 2 months, and the receptionist who took my money can not refund it. Only the owners can. But they are never in and have not returned my call. Be ware of this company.

Scheduled a survey but a few days later I canceled it. They said I wasn't even on the schedule yet so it wasn't a problem getting a refund. Here we are 1 month later and the "owners" are supposed to do the refund and they haven't. I have called and emailed several times and no response on this refund. Today I asked to talk to them directly but they aren't even in the office till the afternoon. Requested them to call me directly that day and still nothing. When will I get my $757 back??
