Have always had a great experience with this company. Michael is always responsive and takes the time to provide me with great advice.
Deserve a 0! Hired this guy 3 years ago to manage our business and do our taxes. We asked to dissolve an LLC last year. Repeatedly inquired as to if that got done. Never responds and just learned it was not dissolved. Today at noon, we get a call telling us our business tax extension was due TODAY! Seriously?? FIRED!!
