I came in for a arrangement, my best friend's mother died. I asked for a bouquet that was fresh and cheerful, not traditional funeral. They told me that what they had was in the refrigerated cabinets and that was that. No offer to work with me. Of course I left, didn't seem that they were sorry I was leaving. They are what they are.
I've used Rhodes Flowers for everything from weddings to funerals, mother's day to Easter, birthdays to bah mitzvahs. No occasion is too big or small and nobody knows flowers like the owner Gary Schneider! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Rhodes is one of the coolest shops I've ever been too! I never know what to look at first! When anybody asks me where to go for the best selection in flowers and service I always tell them, "You gotta go down to Rhodes!"
Popped in on our way to Easter brunch and they whipped up three beautiful bouquets. Were friendly, quick, and very reasonable. Will certainly be back for such occasions.
