Horrible and costly experience in Ocean Springs. Ordered a pad to go under an oriental carpet that sits on wall to wall carpet. The first girl said I probably don't need one. DUH? Then said I need a pad with one side rubber and one side material. I ordered it for $ 125.00. I called to see if the rubber side goes up or down. They said down. Carpet creeped and wrinkled.
