Use to think real high of this place. In the past I have recieved great service. Twice in a row now they have dropped the ball. I'm hesitant to keep dealing with them....🤷♂️
Excellent service John a very professional and knowledgeable technician. I called the afternoon before, and the tech showed up before 3 the next day.
Had a furnace burner rollout problem. Hired a different service and after 3 1/2 weeks and several hundred dollars in parts they had not fixed the problem. Called Rhodes and they came out the next day and fixed the problem within an hour with no parts needed. All the previous parts I had installed were not needed either. This is the only company I will call from now on and refer people to.
Amazing customer service helping us get the part to fix our AC quickly when other companies had failed to do so! They have gained a lifetime customer from us!
