Have had a horrible experience with Esperanza homes from the beginning of the building process. Our home was started on May 2018, and we moved in December 2018. Before closing they gave us a walk thru of the home and it was embarrassing. I couldn’t believe they would show us the house in the condition it was in. It’s very obvious that they cut corners by contracting cheap and inexperienced labor. And the building managers they have on their staff really don’t know about construction. Extremely dissatisfied with our experience with Esperanza Homes. They keep delaying closing date and we expect compensation. Very poor quality build from foundation to framing to finishing. It is a new house and it looks like a second hand remodeled home. They trying to fix damage to house,but some things will not look the same. If possible I would choose a zero star-rating.
