They were very unorganized and not polite. I had to wait for the shuttle for 45 minutes. There is very limited parking.
Great float today with a group of 9. The 10 mile float was perfect.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Spoke with someone about reservations for kayaks and set up a time and confirmed that everything was set. Literally messaging with this person on the way to their office. Showed up at the office to be told there was no reservation and no way to go down river that day as they had no working vehicles on site and no way to transport anyone and that there hadn’t been for at least 4 days. Thankfully I hadn’t paid anything yet or would have been really ticked. This place should just close its doors if they don’t... read more
They are great! Friendly, reasonably priced and we have been going for years and they always rem us!
Not a great day to float, but good customer service! Be be back when water is higher!
