I would highly recommend their services! We were very impressed with their on time service along with being highly professional! I am very skeptical about bringing strangers into my home, but I did not hesitate when their tech came to my door. He answered all our questions and completed the service on our unit and have had no issues. We also signed up for their annual maintence. They offer great services at a reasonable cost!
Horrible!! I was charged close to a hundred dollars to have someone come out and tell me a bunch of lies!! The tech was on his phone the whole time, said that there was a leek in the system and he needed to do a leek test, also said the unit was junk, a cheep model they put in all the brand new homes around here. He said that half the freon was gone out of the heat pump. He did nothing to fix the problem...the heat pump was not working when he came out and it was not working when he left and he still got a hundred dollars ou... read more
This was a fantastic installation from a fantastic group of folks! I love my Lennox system!
I had 2 other heating & AC companies out to my house to fix my heat pump & both charged me for repairs that didn't fix the issue. A friend at work recommended that I give Jacobs & Rhodes Heating a try before I decided to replace the system all together. They sent out a technician named Rick that absolutely saved my day! It turns out that the heat pump was just over-charged with freon. After Rick adjusted the amount of freon, he did a thorough check on the system & everything was good to go! I understand a service charge of 70.00 - for showing up and diagnosing the problem but for a less than 20.00 part (called a local electrical store and they quoted me 20) the bill was 193.00. I called to complain and the reply was, the techs charge a flat rate fee, for a capacitor change is 193.00 I mean, unplug and plug in a new one- 10 minutes. On top of the service call. I have an older unit so needless to say that's one company not calling.
