First cleaning removed 16 years of buildup - video was disgusting. Second cleaning 4 years later was light, 45 minutes faster. Tech said "maintenance is always easier." We now have it on their auto-reminder every 4 years. It's like dentist - prevention cheaper than emergency. Our system runs better, bills lower, air cleaner.
