Office is closed on days they scheduled appointments. My daughter had an appointment for 8 AM on a Thursday and we went and the office was closed. We weren't the only ones. I dont appreciate my time being wasted like this. If you're going to change your hours, a phone call to reschedule would be nice.
Been coming to the Coventry office with family for over 6 years. The office manager has always been friendly, caring and accommodating!
I had a great experience here. They all treated me with respect and I felt like they really cared about making us feel comfortable. The staff are very nice and the expertise shows. I'll be back!!!
The reception area is...interesting to say the least. They seem to do everything they can to not have to interact with you when you first walk in. When I went to speak to one of them, I basically got scolded by the other lady and told to go sign in at their computer (which I'm sure the keyboard and mouse don't get cleaned very often). The rest of the staff is friendly though.
