My daughter just completed Phase One of her orthodontic journey, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. When we first came in, her teeth needed significant correction, and now she has such a beautiful, confident smile. Dr. Jones is absolutely fantastic! I truly can’t recommend her enough. I highly recommend Dr. Jones! You’ll never meet a more thoughtful and hardworking person. She’s an incredible listener and at the same time will not just tell you what you want to hear. She’ll be honest and upfront about your treatment plan. She’s great with kids and is just generally a wonderful human.
All encounters have been positive thus far. Staff are approachable, friendly and prompt. They take the time to thoroughly explain paperwork and instructions. My son (patient) has no complaints either ☺️
Some of these reviews are critical of the nurses. However, I only had one incidence of one of the ladies there being snarky. However, not even 30 seconds later, things were calm. Have to remember that folks that are in the healthcare industry are extremely stressed because they have to deal with the general public and not understanding their own health and wasting their time. The orthodontist there is amazing and he is there not only to improve your smile but make you smile as well.
Office is closed on days they scheduled appointments. My daughter had an appointment for 8 AM on a Thursday and we went and the office was closed. We weren't the only ones. I dont appreciate my time being wasted like this. If you're going to change your hours, a phone call to reschedule would be nice.
