This place is disgusting. Outside there is a perimeter of a massive amount of trash surrounding this place. Unfathomable amounts of it are just leeching down into the woods and river. The owners of this building need to respect our town's landscape and waters. The place literally smells like urine outside. There is so much trash around the fence to this place it's making the woods look like a landfill. The city needs to fine this place.
Apartments are beautiful. Area is very quiet. Neighbors are upmost respectful and courteous due to stringent management and application processes and procedures. Again, the old architecture is beautiful, and, up-to-date... if you have ties to this area this apartment system is a blessing to be apart of. No washer and dryer connections in most/all Apartments, a bummer yes, but they have a convenient indoor laundromat... elevator system is great also.
