Ana the receptionist rude. I went in with a piece of metal in my eye she denied my info and told me that they only takin 3 patient at a time. There was a hr wait just to even give my info. I said that's not right I can go blind she said that's how we do here. Now I'm at diff hospital being taking care of and I'm now I'm looking on taking further action.
