My Mom is there since Saturday. She had a heart attack due to the weekend they can’t do surgery on top of that they didn’t provide her food either even after surgery which was on Monday at 10am. I can’t go there because of state emergency. But they didn’t gave her food either only peanut butter jelly sandwich. In a whole day and a pitcher of water. She was crying with chest pain and headache but no medicine until I call and tell them to give her medicine. I’ll give them negative if I can. Nurses are Rude they don’t care.

My husband fell and fractured his spine. He went to RI hospital ER by ambulance. I met him there. I was told I could not see my husband while he was in the ambulance triage area. I told them my husband has Parkinson’s and cognitive delays so I needed to be with him to be his advocate. The woman at the desk was very nice and I realize she was following protocol but there has to be some exceptions. I waiting in the waiting room for almost 4 hours.
