Wrote me a bad check for $12,500 for the work I did at one of his properties. I understand accidents happen but he's been coming up with every excuse as to why he can't write me a new check or flat out ignores me.
AVOID AT ALL COST! Tim Casserly never completed the job and owes me money but refuses to pay it back. He also did a very poor job for the work that he did do. Also, if you end up hiring him, always check that he obtained the proper permit because I checked and he did not.
