Godzilla could hack the CIA faster than I can make a payment on your website. Its God awful how many loops and hoops you have to go through to process a very simple transaction. Im on my 3rd try and still haven't made it past the create an account phase. Make your site more user friendly for Gods sake, or was it made this difficult intentionally?
Worst place I have ever been to. They are very rude to you and very impatient. Especially the secretary or the lady at the front desk. If you are an immigrant they will discriminate against you my aunt went a couple days ago and the story she said of how she was treated is utterly disgusting and disrespectful. Considering what these people are dealing with and that we come to them with our mistakes typically, they really did help me out. They offered a lot of solutions to me that I didn't know was available to me. I really appreciate all the extra information that they all gave to me even when I was extremely inconsiderate and upset about my own mistakes. Some good people work here that offer good advice.
Al in the tax department was amazing! He helped me recover a refund from last year and told me my refund from this year was processed. he quickly helped me while also making sure to listen and understand my needs. absolutely incredible guy 10/10 would talk to him again
