I spoke with Linda about getting a tax transcript from 2017 and she was amazingly helpful and kind. She got me exactly what I needed within 10 minutes!
If your ass hurts after paying taxes, wait until you sit on these benches. Come well prepared and bring a seat cushion or even a stack of papers to sit on! Staff handles the high stress environment well and are friendly and courteous. Every interaction I was part of or witnessed was helpful and understanding. Give these people a break and they will help you as much as possible.
The wooden and cement seats here are like a prison sentence for wanting to pay your taxes. They were not built for long-term sitting, yet it takes over an hour for two people ahead of you to be called while you wait for your "turn." Other than that, the facilities are nice and the building is gorgeous. Staff seems reasonable but they get two stars for mishandling my taxes and dropping the ball, forcing me to waste my time here instead of being productive.

Zero would be best. They waited 15 year to come after us for$16. With interest we owe them 243.54. Jerks. Lazy government employees
