These people only care about demanding money from the public that is already struggling to get by in this economy and then when you make a payment to them it then has to process for an entire week... this office need to do better or close its doors for good, very unhelpful, brainless and arrogant staff. Shame on Providence! Shame on Rhode Island!

I was recently stopped in a Ford Transit van which is registered as combination in the state of CT it belongs to my employer. I was in the the left lane going across the bridge. Washington bridge. I have been doing this since the other side of the bridge was being dismantled for 2 years now I go this way twice a week. I was pulled over by a State trooper not for speeding for driving a commercial motor vehicle in the left lane. The sign on the bridge says Trucks Buses and Trailers must use the right lane. As a RI Business Owner, I had to contact the RI Division of Taxation Compliance & Collection Office to discuss a business matter. I had the pleasure of speaking with a Ms Cote who was extremely Professional & Proficient. She was able to resolve my concern quickly & took the time to explain some new procedures & processes. I was extremely impressed with the level of service.

Godzilla could hack the CIA faster than I can make a payment on your website. Its God awful how many loops and hoops you have to go through to process a very simple transaction. Im on my 3rd try and still haven't made it past the create an account phase. Make your site more user friendly for Gods sake, or was it made this difficult intentionally?
