Just met Brian this past weekend. Great guy and loved the shop. Look forward to joining them for some group rides in the future. Definitely worth stopping by the shop if you're ever in the area.
Great customer service...traveling through the area...brought the road bike and found Brian's shop. He had "laminated" bike routes...awesome!!!! Looking forward to revisiting the shop.
Let me tell you, Brain at Rhoddie is fantastic. I went with my good friend Charleen to assist in the purchase of her first bike. Brian stayed up late so we could purchase the bike, and have her fitted. He also without hesitation grabbed bike off the wall so I could go on a test ride with her. Having purchased bikes from many different shops across the country this is by far the NICEST man around, with an amazing shop in downtown Blowing Rock. I thank you Brian and wish you nothing but the best!!
What an amazing experience buying my first bike. Thank you so much Brian for taking your time, being kind and so relaxed. I've been into several bike shops looking and learning along the way. Brian by far has the best customer service around. I was more then happy to spend my money with Rhoddie!!
