This company is terrible. The interactions with the company have been difficult and unnecessarily complicated. They are not forthcoming with their fees and cannot even provide a simple breakdown of the bill. Do not recommend this company. Save yourself some time and money and use another company for these services.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rhoads previously Mack. They installed our unit and had been servicing it, yet they were less than helpful when we needed them most. They spent less than 10 minutes at our house, used no tools, and quickly concluded that our entire unit needed to be replaced. I recently heard a vibration noise when my A/C was running which I had never heard before. The Cool Crew technician noticed the small copper coolant line was against a floor rafter. He moved it 1/2 inch, by hand (no tools) to eliminate the noise. The "diagnostic service trip" charge was $149 and the additional change to slightly move the coolant line was $225, total change $374. He was in the house for about 10 minutes. No tools were needed. I feel the charges were excessive.

During my recent annual oil furnace cleaning today, your service technician Colin was efficient, professional, polite, and treated my home with respect. I have been in management for many years, hiring and training new employees, good employees are worth keeping as they are the mirror of the company.
