I cannot in good conscience recommend this Dr. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for treatment.
I left my operation him still having cancer and incontinemce despite his assurances and alleged perfect track record He was so condescending that my Dr quit referring to him. He was nasty and demeaning. His bedside manner is atrocious Best to go someone with more experience and a better temperament He was a major mistake
You do do not want to use this Doctor( I use that work hesitantly). He lack so many skills and assumes everyone is ignorant. Shows no respect for the patient and is more interested in seeing as many patients in a day that actually treating the patient. He has the bedside manner of a rabbid racoon. Again do not see this guy.
December 2011 Dr. Rhoades surgically removed a cancerous cyst on my left kidney along with ½ of my kidney. This perhaps doesn't sound like much, but that was my only kidney. As an infant I had a kidney infection, leading to my right kidney being removed in 1971. Dr. Rhoades was kind, patient, informed us what was to be, removed the problem and kept up the after care. My EGFR at last blood test was 66. Most people with two kidneys don't have those numbers..!! Dr. Rhoades is #1 in our family
He did prostate removal. May not have been needed but was not the bump on the road he suggested. Incontinence never went away He didn't get all the cancer Radiation was needed. A sling operation is needed A lot of extra time money and recovery You can never get a straight answer from him, but he dies" guarantee " no oncontinence & never tells you in advance he may leave some cancer behind after suffering through his rather traumatic op He also said he saved my life, later denying it
