Worst Experience EVER. I URGE you to leave and look for somewhere else. Protect yourself.
I have been renting with RHN Company for many years in several of their apartment buildings in Palms and Mar Vista areas. My experience was great in all buildings, because they maintain them very well and respond to issues promptly. My building manager Alicia is very kind and dedicated. I am very grateful.
I cannot speak highly enough about my time spent living at the apartment building 8790 Van Nuys Blvd. in Panorama City. The building manager Greg has made the past six months here so enjoyable and easy for me. Greg facilitated the process of my move-in six months ago after I had been apartment hunting for six months with no success. He walked me through the entire move-in process and helped to make my move-in a seamless transition. What I value most though is that he was incredibly honest about the property. All the 1-Stars about this place are true unfortunately. I wanted to believe my experience with them would be different, but it was not. I applied for a few apartments with them at once through Chris. Chris seemed like a cool guy, he told me regardless of whether or not I was approved for the units that he would let me know so I wouldn't be left in the dark and that I could even follow up with him in a couple days if I haven't heard back. Very disappointed in my experience with RHN. They work on a first come first serve basis, so I worked very hard to be the first applicant and have all my documents ready to turn in when I went to view the property. However, while processing my application, apparently one my past properties no longer existed so they could not obtain a rental verification form from them.
