Buyers beware! I apologized for the negative review I posted previously because I had to in order for the owner to fix the car. The car was in his possession for 5 weeks. Engine light was on and it was stalling when stepping on gas pedal. He forgot about it for 2 weeks. The battery died. Said he scanned it, got no codes, drove it a few times and it didn't stall. I bought a 2018 Chevy equinox off of RHK in February of 2024. It had a check engine light on when I bought it (was told it was a part that they ordered ). It took them TWO months and three phone calls or more to get this part put on .. ok two days after buying I noticed it had a n oil leak . I mentioned that and they supposedly fixed it when they put the part on … THEY DIDNT ! Mind you this was a 12,000.00 vehicle . Ok so August comes, motor blows . Bought a Bronco from them and within a week the rear differential started going bad. Had another dealership look at it because I didn't have a warranty, the other dealership was gonna charge me 4000$ to replace it. I contacted Rodney the owner of RHK and told him what was going on. He said bring it down and he would look at it. Not only did he look at it, he replaced my rear differential and didn't charge me a dime. Now that is a place I will definitely deal with again.
