Thought we had an issue with our HVAC, but turned out it was just the power to our thermostat had been shut off by a flipped switch. My ignorant butt didn't have any idea it was such a simple problem to fix. But Randall came out right away and figured it out and didn't even charge. Very kind, understanding and professional. Appreciate the quick help!
I had RHK out to repair a failed underground URD after our pool was installed. They were out within an hour to give me a quote and were able to perform the work the next morning. They are a solid local electrician who gives honest and fair prices and he backs up his work. He got my family back up in comfort in record time.
Randal was quick to assist when our generator wasn’t providing power. He was professional, kind, and even took the time to explain how I could troubleshoot on my own in the future if no tools were needed. Definitely someone I’ll keep in my contacts for inspections and future work.
Called on a Saturday. He troubleshoot my garage power issues as I was looking for someone to come by on the weekend. He talked me through options over the phone at no charge and we determined it was my appliance not anything wiring or circuit related. I will definitely be calling Randal for all of our electronics needs for our family / home.
Found Randall on Google and he was fantastic.. Kept in touch via text, was able to source the power issue and repair it, install my new ceiling fan and replace exterior lighting that were high up in the soffit. Very polite and fair pricing for the quality of work. Highly recommend!!
