A band that I manage had a van breakdown. We chose this shop to repair a broken transmission. $1700 later, the repair was never made and no answers were given. The van had to be sold to recoup some of the costs and they are currently without a vehicle. Worst transmission shop ever. Legal avenues being sought.
A total scam. Don Coulter scammed me out of my money and my vehicle. I am currently filing a judgment against the owner and the business. Donald will take your money, so you better be careful, once he does, he will not answer phone calls. It’s been six months and the problem still hasn’t been solved. Currently, waiting on the courts.
The owner, Don Coulter is a liar and thief. My car sat there for 4 months and he used my car as personal and I received the toll bills. He lost my key, broke speedometer. He lied that he replaced catalytic convector. Chevrolet showed me that part is very old and never been replaced. He texted me to let me know that he just died and business is going to close down. I just found out that he is alive. He fooled us. Be careful with him!
Had car trouble an hour and a half from home. These guys were WONDERFUL. Got me fixed up at a very reasonable price. They were positive, professional, and communicated with me beautifully. I checked in on Google and received a 10% discount which saved me $50! I do not live near this area, but if I did, this would be my go-to for car repairs.

In 2017, we were advised by Honda that our transmission was trying to go to glory (245K miles) we had to make decision to let her rest or try to revive her. We decided to revive her and contacted Rhino Transmission Repair again. From the time we arrive we tre... read more
