I had such a postive experience here I thought I would give them an amazing review. So I needed my compressor replaced since my ac wasn’t working, they gave me an estimate monday, and since i work i had to wait until the following Monday to repair it, but they did an amazing job! Saved me a ton of money from other mechanic shops i went to who estimated me at 1,400. They were honest, reliable and did the job RIGHT! Don has had my car for 47 days. I paid for the initial repair to rebuild my transmission but it was returned leaking trans fluid and shuttering when going into reverse. I gave it back under warranty work and now Don refuses to repair it, return, or give me funds to get it repaired. I suspect since the initial repairs were done he doesn't care about honoring his warranty work since it doesn't generate revenue. He moved shops without notifying me and the new address isn't listed. I requested and paid for my Honda's transmission to be rebuilt. When my car was returned to me it continued with same problem. In order to get my car back I had to pay. I have now taken it to 2 other established transmission shops that verified that the transmission was never rebuilt. It was never even removed in order to be rebuilt!!! When I contacted Don to discuss the transmission not being rebuilt as paid for, he stated we could settle this peacefully. He now avoids my calls!!!
