We had a great experience from the salesman to the installation crew. No more painting for 25 years. The salesman/owner came out a few times to help pick out colors and he was spot on. They pressure washed the entire house, caulked "every" hardy plank joint on our 2 story home. Painted the eves, house and gutters. We had a nasty rain storm before the gutters dried and some rain got under the paint, which is about the thickness of a credit card. Wow! Our house looks new! We absolutely love the job the crew did, & how Anthony came out to work with us to make sure the color choices would work. He is definitely an expert. I was very impressed with this company and their professionalism and follow through. Anthony worked to meet MY schedule and was easy going and clearly knew what he was talking about. Honestly, I wish I could have known about them when my home was new so he could’ve put on the rhino shield coating from the start. Instead, here I am having to do a RE-do. From the moment I logged on to their webpage to the end, they followed up, we’re helpful, informative, and thorough.
We had our previous Texas home in the Dallas area painted on the outside with Rhino Shield quite a few years before relocating to Bastrop. This review is based on our recent house coating project done by Rhino-shield here in San Antonio. From the sales/estimate portion to the application crew it was a top notch professional approach. We are a return customer with Rhino-shield from a previous owned house that we sold and transferred the RS warranty. Knowing we won’t need to repaint in a few years is a great asset.
