The service and results were unparalleled! Yes, it is an expensive investment to make but it makes good financial sense for a 20 year warranty. Juan was a talented and extremely professional team leader that went way above and beyond to make critical repairs that were necessary on my home before applying the Rhino Shield material. My house is beautiful and structurally sound thanks to these folks! Such a hard working group of men!
I originally contracted Rhino in 2022, I saw the paint was lifting around a few places. Since the original work is under warranty, I gave Rhino a call and Anthony quickly sent one of his crew to assess and correct the peeling. Daniel came out and scraped and filled certain areas before applying the paint. It came out great, looks even better now. Rhino backed up its warranty. Twelve years ago Rhino Shield painted my house and did an excellent job. Over time, due to the high maintenance of pine, lap-siding, the sides of the house exposed to the sun had faded greatly and needed to be painted again. Anthony never debated or argued the issue. He honored the warranty. Juan's team did a masterful job of repainting the entire house and replacing lap-siding that had deteriorated. Impressive!! I highly recommend these folks. They're people of integrity. You won't be disappointed.
