Great to work with and ensured the job was compete to our satisfaction. Our house had cedar siding that was neglected before we moved in. We also went from dark to a light color so multiple coats were needed in several areas. Communication was a bit rocky at points but understanding staffing and workload this time of year it was excusable and everyone was very helpful and patient through the process.

Rhino Shield crew and Team were outstanding. Everyone was very helpful, courteous and followed up.The only issue I had was the color selection. The issue was resolved when I was told to go to ******************************* and get a couple of quarter size samplers of the different shades of my preferred colors. Since the colors are so different on the house than at the store. That awesome idea solved my dilemma and found the perfect color for my house exterior. The crew did an excellent job. Everyone at the Northfield, **** office was great! ***, my sales rep, was always available and very helpful. The crew from ******** did an outstanding job! I was very impressed how they always went the extra step to make sure I was happy. My house looks wonderful!
Once the job got rolling, it went great. We worked directly with the office in Northfield, OH and the crew drove up daily from Columbus. The crew was GREAT; answered any questions we had and offered info on the process. Really liked working with them. This 80 year old house looks wonderful and sparkling clean. Even the neighbors have commented on it. Would recommend working with the Northfield office and the **************
Rhino Shield was great to work with.The salesman was very rep to every question I had. The work crew was promo, professional, and very courteous. They worked hard and was here all day. My Craftsman bungalow had a lot of extra details and they did a wonderful job. House looks wonderful and I could not be happier. Highly recommended company.
