Fast and Friendly, They came out when they said they would unclogged our sewer and showed us why it clogged and told us what to do to help so it doesn't happen in the future, will definitely use again.
John charged me a fair trip charge fee of 45 dollars but then added a 30 dollar late fee for payment being 4 days late. I never received an invoice from him but he did prove to me that he sent it. I was 4 days late and leave this review more for the way he spoke to me on the phone. A glance at his other reviews played into my consideration. I would not recommend doing business with Rhino Rooter.
