Ordered a rack system that wasn't complete. Weak response from RR. Overpriced like everything else. RR does not stand behind the customer.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I've worked in the customer service industry for 12 years and have never heard of a rack company not stocking spare parts. I've had a rhino rack backbone system for four years now and recently bought a new Jeep. When I went to reinstall the backbone system and tray to my new jeep I noticed I was missing two brackets that I must've forgot on my old jeep. Rhino rack states if you need spare parts to reach out to them and they will get you the parts you need and I even offered to... read more

Customer service is as equal as the product quality. Superior! My zipper broke on my Sunseeker awning and they are sending me a new bag even though the item is 4 years old. I will always support a company that stands behind their products. This is my second awning. The first one I lost in a fire otherwise I’d still be rocking it on my van.
